Success story of Mr HARKIRAT SINGH

Mr Harkirat Singh is the CEO of the leading franchise of MARUTI SUZUKI ( GULZAR MOTORS). He did his postgraduation programme ( MBA -MARKETING) from Apeejay College of management studies - Delhi. He is working in the organization from the past five years and has managed to increase the turnover year after year.He always encourages his subordinates by appreciating them. He advises that each firm should have a synchronized effort to complete the objectives and deadlines.The utmost characteristic motto of an organization for seeking profits should be to maintain your calm for your effort as benifits can not be attained in a first go in a new venture . According to him the budding business men of the country should never take hasty decisions as that can give birth to complications.

Sucess Mantra: It is to set a higher target ie if a target of selling x no of items is to be achieved, make a try for 10% more than X.According to him aiming low is no less than a crime.

He is an efficient, competent, realistic individual who always strives for better.

    i agree on one point that if we have a target to achieve something then we have to put our effort more than the standard target. but,this is not clear from your article how we can achieve this.
